SliMP3 buffer is tiny so when it runs out - it has to be replenished quickly otherwise everything will stop. Syncing 2 players - means double the amount of traffic to be sent in the same time, 3 player triple etc. "Feels" like transcoding could be difficult to accomplish when trying to keep a SliMP3 happy. Pi2 may be part of the part of the problem. Lower bitrate may mean more processing to compress but less data to send - a compromise - not sure what is most important. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ bpa's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=1806 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=109799 _______________________________________________ Squeezecenter mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter
