SliMP3 buffer is tiny so when it runs out - it has to be replenished
quickly otherwise everything will stop.  Syncing 2 players - means
double the amount of traffic to be sent in the same time, 3 player
triple etc.
"Feels" like transcoding could be difficult to accomplish when trying to
keep a SliMP3 happy. Pi2 may be part of the part of the problem.

Lower bitrate may mean more processing to compress but less data to send
- a compromise - not sure what is most important.
