Investigated you're trouble. But the data file is not corrupted. The only thing i remember, i had a simular error with a other qpkg. After investigation, a was due to that i had a Optware installed, and tar used some off the comp libary's So you could try again, after you disable any optware. And then enable it again, after it installed.
Check both arm-x09 and arm-x19, both got a good data file insided.
