Clear, but are you sure this can't be fixed with some kind of setting within the version that I use?
Enabling proxied streaming is the first thing that comes to mind. And checking the server.log.
But anyway: you should really ask your vendor for an update, as 7.9.0 misses important improvement, like eg. the ability to stream over https (which actually might be the problem you're facing).
