I should have asked you to add in the "extra command line" the following "-d all=info" (without the ""). Also, what is your CPU already? You're asking 24 bits, 96k and flac level 5 and that's a lot, especially the flac compression level to 5 consumes *much* more CPU. On my Pi3B+, it consumes ~30% (+10% more than flac decode) when doing ogg decode + flac level 5 re-encode and I have the new spotty with direct ogg. In you case, I assume your have spotty < 2.8, so you do ogg -> pcm -> upsampling 24/96 -> flac level 5 It's a lot and when I try that on my system, CPU spikes like crazy during transition, so it might not be at all a coincidence that it happens when changing from flac to ogg on 2 streaming services. At least, try to reduce flac compression to level 0, it does not change much LMS 7.7, 7.8 and 7.9 - 5xRadio, 3xBoom, 4xDuet, 1xTouch, 1 SB2.
