Yes, you are right. The newest build (update) has nothin to do with the problems as I thought before. I remove Ickstream plugin (unchecked it from the 3rd parties plugins and deleted its link on the bottom of the Plugins-Additional Repositories) and after applying this changes, LMS restarted in everything is ok. Sqeezebox and other players have normal access to to LMS.
