I thought it was updated to 64 bit, but that dialog that appears periodically confused me.
I did remove/reinstall, and will monitor. I also rebooted, as I noticed the dialog appears only on boot. This time, I got the same dialog about an Epson pane, so I wonder if macOS was confused and reported the wrong one? Who knows.
