I did remove/reinstall, and will monitor. I also rebooted, as I noticed the dialog appears only on boot. This time, I got the same dialog about an Epson pane, so I wonder if macOS was confused and reported the wrong one? Who knows.
I just tried again with macOS 10.15 (beta), and LMS would start without any warning or hiccup.
Are you using any plugin which might be launching a 32 bit application? You can check the activity monitor to see what is 32 bit.
