Ouch. My first attempt at repair would be to shut everything down:
modem, router, windows LMS server, touch players (unplug), etc.  Then
I'd restart the modem, then router, then LMS server, then last plug in
the TOUCH players.  I'd allow a few minutes between bringing each of
these online before moving to the next in line.
