When I first read the report - I thought the ""PLUGIN_RADIOTIME_MODULE_NAME" was appearing in the context menu but on re-reading the post - the OP could be describing the "My Apps" menu. The other possibility which I haven't tested was LMS started with "nomysqueezebox" just in case it has an effect.
