I have updated Windows - still only 1803 - I think you may be on 1809 but I can;t create teh error.
The nearest I can get is by uninstalling the plugin "Radio" - this remove the Tune-in funcitonality so under My Apps menu I get the Tune-in Logo and the text "PLUGIN_RADIOTIME_MODULE_NAME" The "Search" item also disappears from the Radio menu.
