This is weird. I added SLIMOPTIONS="--perfwarn=0.5" to /etc/default/logitechmediaserver and restarted logitechmediaserver and after that Web UI seems to be working just as fast as before in previous version of Debian. I don't have time now to play more with this. I'll get back with more observations later.
