I also tried to play them through "Album artists" and "All artists", it
didn't work.

Where are server.log and scanner.log? 

I always get an error message on the Raspberry screen when I try to play
those files. 

Right now I tried again: "Album artist" > album > track. Message on
screen:  Problem: can't open file for....
