Let's get rid of the problem enabling LAME ... which might help.
I think you are running LMS on a Windows machine ... so try the instructions at http://wiki.slimdevices.com/index.php/LAME_for_transcoding Note ... that is an old wiki page so might not be 100% correct (e.g. for software version numbers and installation location).
