Cheers for the info, I think my WHS 2011 lives on though, the restore was successful and a quick check of the slim wiki for trackstat refreshed my middle aged brain :o
WHS 2011 only has my LMS server and a few network shares so can stay until it stops working. Windows 10 reads the shares fine even with HOMEGROUP support being dropped. *TRACKNUM. TITLE (TRACKSTATRATINGDYNAMIC)* was the required interface setting. Its not on by default.
