May have already been mentioned, but double check all those duplicates in LMS. When you open any of these albums, do they show ALL the album tracks. Or are the album tracks spread across the various duplicates. That is, in the past I've had scenarios where an album showed up in LMS more than once. But when I look deeper, what has happened is that the album tracks have been split (e.g., one Album only has one track and the other listing of the Album has the remaining tracks). This problem is caused by something being different in the metadata tags. In my case this happened when one track had a different "total discs" tag field set.
