When I go into Services, Logitech Media Server is not listed. This may
be because I turned off Automatically Run At Login?

I turned this off because I thought running it manually might help, but
it made no difference.

But I have now ticked the option Automatically Run At Login again and
I’ve rebooted by PC.

Gone back into Services but I still cannot see Logitech Media Server
lister there.

Currently, Startup Option is set to Automatically Run At Login

BUT, if I set LMS to Automatically Run At System Start then it does
appear in Services.
In General tab Startup is currently set to Automatic
In Recovery tab, all three failure fields are set to Restart The
Service.

LMS is still stuck on Starting and does not move on to Running.
