Can you please post a server.log file when LMS was started in 'Safe Mode'? Some other thing to try: while LMS is not yet started, rename LMS' cache folder so that LMS will rebuild everything from scratch. But before starting LMS, go in LMS control panel and set your Library folder to a newly created directory (outside your current library folder) where you copied only a single album to it.
