I've never tried Pi-Hole on a Pi but I run it on a Centos 7 VM and it runs great. I assigned 2Gb and 2 vCPUs to the VM and have 35 clients I suspect it needs more power than a Pi can give though cpu usage seems low 29405 I can't really see why you'd want it in/on pCP though !
