Although the last part of the scentence give the impression that
slim.exe is compiled Perl :) 


I have never touched Perl, although experienced with several other
programming languages. Is there no Debugger which runs with LMS, is
there a reason for that ?

Is VSCODE with Perl plugin under Windows possible as well, or does that
add a lot of complexities ?
