I have uninstalled the plugins as suggested which leaves just the
Logitech plugins installed. Despite having removed the others I cannot
access the Control Panel. Is there any particular logging which might
help here or is it more likely to be a Windows matter? Does the CP rely
on any particular ports being open?

P.S. just noticed that Triode's Network Test is still installed but that
has been there forever...
