Thank you. Whoops, I missed that you're using the FLIRC dongle and not a TSO4838 unit. Do you use a cable to make the FLIRC face "forward", or just leave it plugged in the side and count on the IR beams reflecting? I've got one room where reflections might work pretty well, but another where it won't. :-( I wish I could leave my case open, but I fear I will need a bit more protection. Currently plan is to use the minimal raspiaudio.com HAT -- one of the smaller, less expensive DAC hats available, and one with the RCA not attached (so I can solder to some nice panel mounts). owner of the stuff at https://tuxreborn.netlify.app/ (which used to reside at www.tux.org/~peterw/) Note: The best way to reach me is email or PM, as I don't spend much time on the forums. *Free plugins:* AllQuiet Auto Dim/AutoDisplay BlankSaver ContextMenu DenonSerial FuzzyTime KidsPlay KitchenTimer PlayLog PowerCenter/BottleRocket SaverSwitcher SettingsManager SleepFade StatusFirst SyncOptions VolumeLock ------------------------------------------------------------------------ peterw's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=2107 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=111927 _______________________________________________ Squeezecenter mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter
