Thanks for your reply. I did "touch. PERL", but the command was not
found. I used putty on windows computer to enter ssh, but maybe
something has to be installed on the Qnap for the command to work?
And I think the processor of the Qnap is indeed arm 32 bit, it's a
TS-231P nas.

Anyway, does the "QLogitechMediaServer.sh restore" command restore the
latest backup of the server, with all its settings and plugins?
