This can't be the problem, since the requested URL can be directly
accessed in a browser or by using wget. Also, i have a setup with pihole
and google (8.8.8.8) and cloudflare (1.1.1.1) as upstream servers.

I made the effort of capturing the packets for three situations:
- lms in a ubuntu 20.04 vm, connecting through nat on my server
- lms on a ubuntu 20.04 notebook, connected directly to my fritzbox
wifi
- lms on a ubuntu 20.04 notebook, connected to my iphone wifi hotspot
and therefore t-mobile germany's cellular network

Each time i started the trace, then i clicked on the "World" menu item
in the radio menu and waited until an error appears or the next menu is
displayed. The i stopped the trace.

The first two connections gave a 404 error or Error on HTTP Socket, the
last connection over cellular was successful.

I attached the captures, so you can do your own investigation.

What i noticed was that each time, the opml.radiotime.com server returns
HTTP/1.1 200 OK and the requested xml with the opml playlist. On the
cellular connection, the server then ends the connection correctly with
[FIN, ACK]. On the other connections, this is never received, resulting
in a connection reset [RST, ACK] by the server after some time.

I honestly don't know what the reason for that might be, but i will
contact avm support with these files, maybe they can explain this
behavior.
