Can anyone with problems and a Fritzbox 6591 try the following: Open the router's web interface.
Click on "Inhalt" on the bottom left in the navigation area. Then scroll all the way down and click on "Fritz!Box Support". On the following page, remove the checkbox from "Hardware-Beschleunigung aktiv" (hardware acceleration enabled) and on "Einstellung übernehmen". Then maybe restart LMS and try if you can access the directories and streams. For me this worked, but effectively capped my internet to about 300mbit since that seems to be the max nat speed without h/w acceleration.
