If you didn’t turn the Pi off what you could easily do is have LMS run
on the Pi but keep your music on the omv5 NAS.
You do this by “mounting” the music folder on the NAS as a drive within
the Pi
It is very easy to do and very well documented in the piCorePlayer area
of this forum.
You’d then have one Pi running LMS serving your entire network of
players but all your music still on your server.

You might get the docker working but as I said before it’s not
mainstream and you will need someone who uses omv5 to know the exact
answer. I doubt that there are many people here who do use that NAS
district.
