No help, but just a datapoint. With LMS 7.9.1 thru 7.9.3, I can report that my Boom, Transporter, Touch, Radio all connect automatically to the correct LMS after a reboot of my server (or just a restart of LMS). I do this often at my weekend cottage, as the server, modem, router, etc. are OFF when away. So a complete restart of everything just works automatically. The server and the players have reserved IP addresses in the router (so IP addresses assigned are always the same).
