Hi all, I'm an old guy, totally lacking in computer smarts, so please tolerate my ignorance.
I was using an older version of LMS (don't recall the rev number) on a Windows 7 laptop and the Squeezepad/Ipad remote, feeding a Logitech Transporter with the $20/mo. Tidal subscription. Everything was working fine until I downloaded Media Server 7.9.3, and now Tidal doesn't play on the Transporter, but will play on the iPad if I select iPad as the player. The song title shows on the Transporter's screen but does't play, and shows error message "cannot play file type". I've tried rebooting everything. A smarter friend came over and spent about an hour uninstalling and reinstalling LMS, Tidal and he went thru a litany of troubleshooting steps, all to no avail. My iTunes Library plays just fine but still cannot get Tidal to play on the Transporter. Any suggestions?
