Uninstalled, cleaned out perl dirs from install tests, reinstalled rpm,
and back up and running.
Though scans still fail, which is expected as you haven't made any
changes to the DBD module or the code.
Do you still get the exact same error?
There's a slightly newer build available in which I tried to mitigate
your issue. Could you please give it a try?
