Whenever I roll Fedora to its latest version LMS is the only application
that breaks, though not every cycle.  When it does it is usually because
of Perl versioning.  After fooling around with Perlbrew and recompiles I
have found I'm far better off just waiting for the nightly builds to
encorporate the latest Perl version.  It makes me wonder how Perl got to
be so defiantly non-backward-compatible. It is bizarrely maladaptive.
It's a LMS issue: we provide some of the dependencies to protect from incompatibilities... with the result of having to deal with all those Perl versions on our end...
