PCP runs all in RAM if it is just the player. If LMS is running on the PCP system - then SDCARD will be used. > The only thing I see in server.log is the below but they are not synced > to any pauses. Will see how it goes with release version of 8.0.0 - > 1605892076 @ Fri Nov 20 21:33:25 CET 2020 now the rescan issues are > fixed - I think it's been better but can't recall exactly. > > > Code: -------------------- > > > Slim::Formats::loadTagFormatForType (120) Error: Couldn't load module: (cur) : [syntax error at (eval 1236) line 1, at EOF] -------------------- > > This is worrying. It comes from Castbridge and means something is not right - which means Castbridge will probably not behave right. Update the plugin. If it persist, clean reinstall plugin. If it is still persiste - post a message on Castbridge thread./ > (I still wonder though if there are some player operation type logs that > could indicate playback issues.) There are many logging options but they depend on the what is being streams. Direct playing by players (e.g. http/mp3) may be best logged at the player, transcoded http streams are logged at LMS. Special plugin handling such as HLS, TIDAL, Chromecast etc. are best logged in the plugin. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ bpa's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=1806 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=113331 _______________________________________________ Squeezecenter mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter
