Do you realy need the whole scanner.log? It is 14.2MB.
It took 1 hour 38 minutes to scan the 42 new files.

The first line normally is done in 1 or two minutes and not 17 minutes.
The textindex normally also is not running for an hour, I think it was
5-8 minutes.
The server.log also is very interesting. Not all files are written there
and the date of the last lines is really strange, because i thought the
importer is running at the beginning:
