Ran the above one liner and got this response
I'm sorry, I forgot the most important part of it...
SETARCH="arch -x86_64"
/Library/PreferencePanes/Squeezebox.prefPane/Contents/server/slimserver.pl
--d_startup
We must tell it to use the x86_64 emulation (Rosetta). Have you run any
other x86_64 software on that machine before? I believe Rosetta is only
installed the first time you need it.
