Over the past few months I have experienced this a handful of times - either specific apps go missing (Tidal being one of them) or My Apps is completely empty. I'm also running LMS on a Windows 10 desktop. It has happened to me with 7.9 and 8.0 - so far not with 8.1. My fix has been to simply restart LMS - sometimes restarting more than once is required. On a couple of occasions I have requested a new mysqueezebox.com password, thinking that I had a password issue and I think that may have worked as well. If I understand properly you are still able to access the apps through your controllers. In my case with SB3's if the apps were missing in LMS they were also missing on the SB3's.
