I have tried restarting LMS multiple times and also tried full PC
reboots of the server PC but didn't see anything different.  The "My
Apps" section on the webpage continue to show the same apps but not what
is in Mysqueezebox.com.  This is trying the webpage on multiple PCs. 
Only the android setup and the Duet controller show what's actually on
Mysqueezebox.com.  I'll give the password change a try and see what that
might do.  Thanks for the feedback.
