All - crashed LMS this afternoon when I tried to add new tracks by
copying files to my NAS:/mnt/m/music/Choral folder, then in LMS going to
My Music >Music Folder > Choral and finding the new folders, then
clicking on the + control to add them to playlist (which scans the files
and adds them to the library).

I'd successfully added about six albums, then on the 7th LMS horked
hard. Scanning has not worked since. Now what I see is that "Clear and
Rescan Library" successfully discovers my 64k files, but then on the
next step it gets about 650-700 into the scan and hard crashes:

Media scan terminated unexpectedly (Scanning Progress)

It did this on my previous pCP 6.0.1/LMS v8 install, and now on a
completely new pCP 7/LMS v8 install on a new SD card. Library is on a
NAS mounted in pCP as a CIFS. This was all working fine at 5pm. It
started to fail about about 5:30p (US Central time) when I added that
album. Note that each of the dozen albums I copied to the ./Choral
folder are now deleted. Yet the issue remains despite all I've done.

I cannot imaging what's wrong, especially since I deleted those new
albums. There should now be only the previous files which were scanned
succesfully last time I scanned the files. Now scanning fails even on
files that previously scanned and even on a brand new pCP/LMS install on
a new SD card.

I set debug logging for DB/Scan items on the last scan attempt and a
link to the zip archive is below. But, unfortunately I see nothing in
the scan log that seems relevant -- it simply stops with no errors
indicated in the log (so far as I can see; perhaps more experienced eyes
can see something?).

Since the slimdevices forum will not allow me to upload a 2Mb zip
