I am not sure what or if I did anything for Database Query to stop
running. It had been working fine a few weeks ago, but now when I
attempt to run it, the input panel does not display. The server log
recorded this:

I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling with the process described
earlier in the thread. Any suggesstions where I can begin to
troubleshoot?
