You should have a PluginCache/DatabaseQuery under LMS Cache directory.
Try shutdown LMS, delete the PluginCache/DatabaseQuery directory and
start LMS and see if that helps. The cache will contain processed
configuration data and will be regenerated when the plugin loads if
needed.
Could also be that you have some corrupt data in the directories
specified is the Data queries directory and Data queries templates
directory in Database Query plugin settings page. In a fresh new
install these should point to two empty directories. By default it
points to playlist directory but if that contains unexpected data with
same file extensions it could cause issues. Pointing them to empty
directories just means that you get a fresh install with the bundled
queries/templates.
Do NOT use the download links in the plugin to load latest
queries/templates, my server hosting the latest version of
queries/templates is no longer available so using the download links can
probably cause issues.
