WMA decoding libraries are now built into many version of squeezelite - so LMS recognises no need to transcode WMA using ffmpeg for those players. To play on Stream.mp - wma stream/file needs to be transcoded into MP3. I can't easily tell the version of ffmpeg you have built but it is clear that ffmpeg is not broken.
