I have managed to fix MPC playing by modifying custom-convert.conf like
this:

mpc mp3 * *
# FB:{BITRATE=-B %B}T:{START=-ss %s}
[ffmpeg] -loglevel quiet -i $FILE$ -f wav - | [lame] --silent -q $QUALITY$
$BITRATE$ - -
--------------------
Now is playing normally :) Problems are fixed now for me :)
