I run the lmscommunity/logitechmediaserver version that Michael refers to and recommends.
There are some good instructions posted 'here' (https://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?111876-LmsUpdate-and-LmsRepack-Synology-8-0-*-packages/page31&p=999039#post999039) There is one small error in them - don't make the playlist folder read only; it needs read/write.
