Thank you for persevering with me, I have tried every version I could think of with much the same result slightly different outcomes on the Terminal comments.
On a different subject, but maybe it is related somewhere I have installed or thought installed a Desktop File Manager "PCMan FM" according to Terminal it is installed but I can't see it anywhere.
