No. As the integrated web server is used to stream to the players, too, and as the players cannot handle https, this isn't really an option.
https is importent in non trusted environments, eg. the internet. But in a LAN only application it shouldn't really matter. So... if you ask about it because you want to stream over the internet, I can only say don't do it. LMS is not built for the wild, wild net. Either use a VPN to connect to your home network. Or, if you only want to access the web UI, use a reverse proxy which does authentication and SSL for you.
