I am WFH and often need to be on a vpn for work, and then can't use that
same computer to connect to my LMS
My work informed me that they leave the ip range 192.150.23.0-24 alone
and can be used for local network
I used to be on 192.168.1.1-255, but changed my router to be at
192.150.23.1 and my LMS at 192.150.23.2.
But now the web UI no longer shows up, and devices can't connect to it.
The server that runs LMS also has a simple webserver at port 80 and that
shows up fine. I tried accessing on the machine's xubuntu desktop
browser as well and it's the same story: the webserver is reachable, LMS
at 9000 is not.
I've tried a couple of reboots, manually $ service logitechmediaserver
stop & start.
I've tried installing a new nightly of 8.1
I am tailing the log and outside of a plugin repo, it's not saying
anything is wrong:
