I don't know what happened. When I try your URL I egt the following
playlist (no blocking issues)

The first URLs plays OK for me in LMS - it is a normal http/AAC stream
although it is now Jazz24
Last night I tested the HLS stream which also plays OK but it was KNKX.
I suspect an error at the streaming servicewhich has been corrected.
In case two "stations" sharing same URL but now have different
streaming protocols - can only test again later
