Those notes of mine were written a long time ago, I've discovered that with the *Presets Editor* plugin this has been simplified.
You can assign a favourite to number buttons 1 - 6 using the Presets Editor at LMS > Settings > Player tab > *Presets Editor, *either before or after you've done the settings on the Touch. Then on your Touch - Settings > Advanced > Beta Features > Shortcuts Scroll down to "*IR Hold 1"* right arrow *>* scroll down to "*Set preset 1"* right arrow *>* the screen will now show "*IR Hold 1 (custom)*" >From "*IR Hold 1 (custom)"* right arrow *>* scroll down and select "*Play peset 1*" Repeat the above for the remaining number buttons (16 only) there is no Set preset or Play preset for number buttons 0,7,8,9). A long press on number button 1 will now play the preset that you assign(ed) to that button using the *Presets Editor*.
