I searched for any Logitech/SlimDevices and Squeezebox files, deleted everything, downloaded 8.3. Logged in to mysqueezebox on the net, after some time Logitech Media Server found the music on the computer and the path appeared in the Library pane.
I moved the computer close to the SB3 to see what would happen then. yesterday I experimented with the wireless, I just had high speed internet installed but my Apple routers/extenders, one Airport Extreme and two Airports do not want to work with the router from the internet company so I gave it up. One thing I noticed right away with 8.3 is that my Spotify playlists now appear in the Playlist pane, before I had to go to Spotty first. Another thing, my music did not appear without having to do a lot of work with the remote via previous iTunes libraries, movies and pictures, will try to fix that. But, its playing!
