Looking at the media files in the folders, I do not see any tracks in the wrong folders, and when I check their metadata I don't see any wrong albums listed on any tracks... not sure if this detail helps but thought I would throw it out there.
Please check some of those files for the albums you listed in the data you sent me. Four out of the five examples you gave have a way higher bitrate than you'd expect. Basically larger than what samplerate and samplesize should result in, or whether what the file size would suggest (eg. 2.8Mbps for 44.1/16 - file:///mnt/ssd/lossless/C/Camel/The%20Snow%20Goose%20[DE]/1-20%20The%20Snow%20Goose%20-%20Freefall%20[Live].flac). Verify your scanner.log whether those files are mentioned with any irregularity. Double check the file's metadata. Feel free to upload one such file for further investigation.
As the problem you're seeing is news to me, I tend to believe there's a data problem. Or at least something very specific about your files which is triggering some oddity in the scanner.
