That is a relief ... it shows that the pCP web interface really is not
running. Which you knew already but at least now we can see that it is
not the browser or a networking problem.
There should be a process running called httpd
Code:

ps -ef | grep httpd
--------------------
which would show something like
9247 root 0:00 /usr/sbin/httpd -p 80
18282 tc 0:00 grep httpd
So it implies that you httpd has crashed.
Did you update pCP around the same time that you updated LMS?
