Alright, couple of things.
lets see if the web server will start
sudo /usr/local/etc/init.d/httpd start
then make sure it stayed running.
sudo /usr/local/etc/init.d/httpd status
If that looks good, see if you can go to the web page now.
Go to the tweaks page, and re-enable the HDMI power......that feature
was broken in pCP7 anyway.
Then what is in your user commands on the bottom of the tweaks page..
I'm not sure where this is coming from, almost has to be a user
command, or a improperly set favorite.
