Yes you can. First stop any running local player instances of squeezelite. Then download the latest win32 zip from https://sourceforge.net/projects/lmsclients/files/squeezelite/windows/ and replace LocalPlayer/Bin/squeezelite-win.exe with the one from the zip file. There are no additional DDLs required for my builds, all the necessary codec libraries are included in the exe.
